PAYMENTS

We accept payments made through PayPal. Payment through any other method will not be valid. Your card details will be secured using SSL, which is industry standard for protection of information. When you make a purchase, a secured connection is used to transfer the details to payment provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their orders within 2 days of placing order. After the order is dispatched, you can only receive and return it.

CHANGE IN PRICE

Scappy Wear is entitled to change the prices of its product at any point. However, if there is any error, we will correct it on discovery. It is possible that sometimes, the price of the products is entered incorrectly. While processing of order, we will check the price. In case of error, if the price of the product is less than mentioned price, we will refund the extra amount charged at the time of dispatch. However, if the actual price of the product is higher, our customer service will contact you for your decision, before the dispatch. In case of disagreement, our company may cancel your order and we will not be deemed responsible to dispatch the product for a lower price.

PRICES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Scappy Wear accepts payments in USD via Paypal. For international orders, when the card currency is not in USD, you can place the order and our system will convert the equivalent amount of currency to USD.

USERS AND ACCOUNTS

Users who may register to the website and place an order must be above age of 18. Users must protect the confidentiality of their accounts.

GOVERNING LAW

Disputes that are relevant to our business/website will be governed and analyzed in accordance with the law of Canada. Country of our domicile is USA.

Return and Refund Policy

To process a return or exchange, please go through our Returns Center. Please have your order number and email ready for the return.

If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@scappywear.com within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to resolve or address any issues or questions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns and exchanges for international orders but this does affect our no-nonsense guarantee outlined below.

NO-NONSENSE GUARANTEE

If you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, received the wrong item, or had an issue with our quality, please reach out to us at info@scappywear.com. Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify. In your email to us, please be sure to include the following information:

- The original order number & your current shipping address

- Photographs of the defective or damaged item

- Description of how the product was fitting and/or the quality issue

We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do all everything that we can to make it right for you!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date on US orders. Products marked "Final Sale" or in the "Final Sale" section are not eligible for return or exchange. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Once you have received your return label, you have 30 days to send it back. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders however our no nonsense guarantee is still applicable on international orders.

All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and must include any original packaging, including all tags. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment only.

Exchanges are Free. Returns for a refund however are subject to a flat rate return shipping fee of $0. Shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge.

Returns are typically processed within 3-5 days of their arrival at our warehouse. You will receive a refund receipt via email when your refund is processed. Refunds are generally posted to bank accounts within 3-5 business days.
